W-001: Rename packages/ecs, align TypeScript versions

Goal

packages/ecs is still the tsdown starter (tsdown-starter) and uses TypeScript ^7.0.2, while the root uses ~6.0.2. Rename the package to @workspace/ecs (a convenience re-export, empty for now), clean up its metadata and README, and align TypeScript with the root.

Steps

  • S1: rename to @workspace/ecs, private: true, remove placeholder metadata; files: packages/ecs/package.json, packages/ecs/README.md
  • S2: align typescript with the root version and make pnpm turbo run typecheck lint test pass; files: packages/ecs/package.json
