W-009: Wire koota into the apps/web template

Goal

Make apps/web a ready demo template that follows demo-rules: - koota from the catalog; - src/ecs/world.ts exporting the world; - App wrapped in WorldProvider; - the empty src/content/ and src/ui/ folders; - a smoke test that renders with a real world.

Steps

  • S1: add koota (catalog:) and src/ecs/world.ts; files: apps/web/package.json, apps/web/src/ecs/world.ts
  • S2: wrap App in WorldProvider and add the smoke test; files: apps/web/src/App.tsx, apps/web/src/App.test.tsx

  • 2026-11-01 active (Triage): moved to Now, WIP 0 of 2, Depends W-002 done
  • 2026-11-01 steps done: S1, S2 ticked (both passed Reviewer)
