W-013: demo-dnd spec for the M1 features

Goal

Write docs/specs/demo-dnd.md with spec-format requirement groups for the six M1 features DND-F01, DND-F02, DND-F03, DND-F04, DND-F05, and DND-F10. Define the Poisoned advantage rule once in the spec (attacks against a Poisoned target roll with advantage), so DND-F03 and DND-F05 reference it instead of restating it. Once the spec is approved, Triage makes W-019 to W-024 ready.
