W-015: Configure changesets for private workspace packages

Goal

Set the private-package options in .changeset/config.json explicitly, so the @workspace/* packages are versioned and never published (access stays restricted). Today the config has no privatePackages setting and relies on the defaults. Leave the other options unchanged.

Steps

  • S1: set privatePackages explicitly (version: true, tag: false); files: .changeset/config.json
  • S2: verify that pnpm changeset status lists a temporary changeset for @workspace/ecs-schedule, then delete that changeset; files: –
