W-017: demo-ck3 product brief

Type: design · Size: S · Epic: E-ck3-m1 · Target: docs/products/demo-ck3.md · Breaking: no Depends: – Refs: concept §8, ecs-relations spec (driving demo; open question 9 asks which relation area comes first), apps/demo-ck3 (empty, no scaffold item yet); model: W-016, demo-dnd brief

Goal

Write the product brief for the Crusader Kings 3 style dynasty demo with ProductOwner: vision, core loop, ECS showcase, and a backlog with at most 6 M1 features, each small enough for one S or M feature item. Follow the product-brief format and concept §8 (dynasties, vassalage, opinions; transitive VassalOf, symmetric MarriedTo / AlliedWith, up traversal, ChildOf hierarchy with names, relation data for opinions, autoDestroy cleanup). The genre is implied by the name and the README and is not confirmed; S1 must confirm it and the M1 scope with the user. Where possible, M1 features map to the ecs-relations requirement groups (REL-F01 to REL-F08). When the brief is approved, Triage creates the spec item and the M1 feature items.

Steps

  • S1: draft the brief with the user (interview: confirm genre, M1 scope, and which relation area comes first); files: docs/products/demo-ck3.md
  • S2: user approves the brief
