Goal

Implement createWorldStore with subscribe, getSnapshot, select, setIncludeExcluded, refresh, and dispose, shaped for useSyncExternalStore. Observers come from koota (onAdd, onRemove, and onChange only for the selected entity). The poll (injected timer) covers trait-less entities, AoS mutations, and resets. Time is injected, never patched. Canaries DEVTOOLS-034 and DEVTOOLS-037 check L2 and L3.
