Goal

Verify the package contract: no import side effects, two worlds and two stores are isolated, and the store does not disturb app observers or Changed(T) queries (DEVTOOLS-072). Write the README with items (a) to (f) of DEVTOOLS-074 and check package.json against DEVTOOLS-073.
