Goal

Implement saveWorld in packages/ecs-serialize: the snapshot shape, tags, SoA and AoS values as JSON copies, relation pairs with data, the world record, deterministic order, and the strict unregistered-trait check (SER-018, no lenient mode). Saving never changes the world (SER-020) and only touches traits that are in world.traits (K1, SER-021). Canary SER-023 covers the hidden world entity.
