Goal

Complete the SerializeError set and the restore-side validation in packages/ecs-serialize: malformed, unknown-trait, unsupported-version, and world-not-empty, with the names, SoA field, snapshot index, and __proto__ checks. Every check runs before any change to the world (SER-079), and a failed restore never breaks the next one (SER-080).
