Goal

Add tests only, with no demo change. A world shaped like the demo-dnd ECS model (Intent and Targeting with refs, Cues with a codec, HasEffect(Poisoned) pairs, an ignored Rng, the Encounter world trait) checks save and resume: round trip, reference remapping, the reset-and-resume path, gaps in ids, and the prefab IsA case. The save and resume UI is DND-F08 and is out of M1.
