W-069: Scaffold apps/demo-anno

Goal

Create apps/demo-anno from the apps/web template with Scaffolder, as W-010 did for apps/demo-dnd. The app has a title and an empty layout, and passes typecheck lint test build. No features.

Steps

  • S1 (scaffold): copy apps/web to apps/demo-anno, rename the package to demo-anno, and set the page title and the App heading to demo-anno; update App.test.tsx to match; no feature code, no new dependencies; files: apps/demo-anno/**
  • S2 (check): run pnpm install, then pnpm turbo run typecheck lint test build --filter=demo-anno; all pass
