Goal

Make goods move. A Warehouse spawns its carriers, decideHaul implements the nearest-need and storage rules (ANNO-045), and the Carry phase runs carry/move and then carry/assign (ANNO-046, ANNO-047). Demolish resets the carriers that were heading to the building (ANNO-048), capacity is respected (ANNO-049), and the no-carrier bottleneck works (ANNO-050). Adds the Carriers list, the blocked text with "no carrier", and the cursor stock detail (ANNO-051..053), and the scripted 400-tick chain (ANNO-055). Ends with the acceptance checklist A3 (ANNO-054). Each good is in exactly one place, and moves never write Messages (ANNO-042). No houses yet (F04).
