Goal

Build the first slice of apps/demo-ck3: createDynasty with the world traits of CK3-001 (GameClock, Scenario, Selection, EventLog, Rng installed, defaults as specified), the content in src/content/ (titles, houses, characters as data, scenario, rules, clock), and content validation (CK3-002). Titles are spawned with Title, Name and ChildOf, held titles with HeldBy, and the title tree is shown with paths, lookup by path, and selection. Characters are spawned as data only; their behaviour is W-084 to W-086. Ends with the manual layout and contrast check (CK3-014, acceptance A1).
