Goal

Spawn the characters of the content with Person, House and Age, their ParentOf and VassalOf pairs (both plain koota, VassalOf exclusive), and the Dead tag. Add the system vitals/death in the Vitals phase with one seeded draw per living character and the death chance by age bracket, and the pure read familyOf for the family view. A dead character keeps its entity, its family pairs and its frozen age. Succession and marriage cleanup come in later items.
