Goal

Check the succession invariant after every month (no title with HeldBy of a dead character, no VassalOf pair with a dead end), the draw order and determinism of the month (one draw per living character in id order, recorded with a scripted Rng), and the 240-month seeded run with default content that must finish with the age, dead and Crown checks after every month. Adds tests and only the code they need; no UI.
