Goal

Add the F02 views: the "Characters" region (one button per character with name, house, age and "(dead)", in id order, selection), the "Family tree" region for the selected character from familyOf, the "Time" region (month label, Pause, Step, speed buttons disabled when the game is over), the focusable game area with the key rule of CK3-047 (Space, ., [, ], ignored when focus is on a control), and useGameLoop calling advanceClock once per frame. Ends with the manual acceptance A2 (CK3-051).
