Goal

Add the "Opinions" region (every living character with an opinion of the Crown holder as signed text, sorted by id, with the reasons of the selected character) and the "Alliance" region (opinion of you with the needed minimum, "Propose alliance" button, accept or refuse text, "Allied with" on both rulers). Both update live after every action and month. Ends with the manual acceptance A5 (CK3-134).
