Goal

Add the event log: the EventLog world trait with logEvent as its only writer (capped at maxEvents, replaced on every append), and the six observers installed once by createDynasty after content spawn (death, marriage, alliance, birth to a female parent, title held by, revolt). Symmetric pairs log once, observer callbacks write only the log, and removals log nothing. The log view is W-103.
