Goal

Add realmOutline (the Crown holder and his realm in cascade level order with depth), the Scenario status and reason, and the system outcome/check in the EndChecks phase: defeat when the house is extinct or the crown is lost, victory after goalMonths of crown time, one outcome log entry when the status changes. Every action and the clock are gated on the status. Adds the seeded 120-month "end turn only" run. The defeat and victory reachability tests are part of this item.
